Ok, this one beer that gets so mixed reviews, most people who know Lagunitas beer, are surprised by this, it is a big malty beer with rich dried stone fruit, Cheeries, prunes, it is a strong ale, as most think about it, but really it is a holiday ale, that is where the problem for most comes in to reviewing it, different, and should be judged by that, so overall it is a very sweet and enjoyable beer, not to be rated by any style, because it is a seasonal fall/winter beer, I find it very good
