Hand-picked during 3 different times of ripeness with 8 months of maceration in terracotta amphoras, this wine displayed nice structure & balance with clean sapid peach notes. A perfect lunchtime selection to pair with a mozzarella, pomodoro, salsiccia e funghi cassoni. Yum to both! Cheers 😋🍷
