Langhe Nebbiolo

High acid, tart cherries, slight grapefruit, robust tannins, finish with touch of mint/spice/menthol

Upon opening, a big nose of mentholated cherries and some heat.
Full, settles into cherries, bark, wood.
The palate has some dilute( not unpleasant) leather, cherries, chocolate, some wood, souis bois.
acids are present and there’s a bit of tannins. But overall, this is a puppy( pun intended).

Solid quality/value Langhe Nebbiolo. Bright ruby/garnet color. Intense aromas of red cherries, purple flowers, earth and mushrooms. Lots of dried cherry on the pallet with hints of tobacco, spices and a touch of menthol/mint. Really nice starter!
