I was surprised to learn this is 100% Sauvignon Blanc which to me is one of the easiest varieties to identify. 18 months in 2nd used French barrel.

Lovely grassy nose not unlike Silex, on the palate apple/peachy with a little raciness in terms of acidity. Very enjoyable with the Sashimi we are having :)
