Again- not willing to accept its a Sauvignon Blanc- but slightly sherried, oily happy wine. These are being stuck on here long after the fact- so we're deeply half cut- and nobodies expecting a large explanation here. It taste nice- take our word for it

Jun 18th, 2015VA, mushrooms, apricot. Low acidity, thin and oxidised. Low fruit, high in caramel. Who knows if that's what he was actually trying to make. If so, he hit the mushroom on the head. But this is odd. Even for us.
