This. Wow. I’m so glad I bought multiple bottles. This is what all wines should be. Rich, strong, flavorful, lush. A spectacular offering from #moraswinetasting !

2014v. Dark ruby color. Black cherry, spice and earth, black licorice and a little herbal/bay on the nose. On the palette, it's mostly juicy black cherry with good acidity and mild tannins with a little grip. A great sipper and an even better food wine. I had it with beef potroast braised with a little of the wine. Great QPR. Apparently it's made w/ graciano grapes? Graciano makes a nice alternative to the dusty strawberry flavors of garnacha blends. 13.5% ABV.

Smoky, musky, and with a barnyard finish. Relatively dry and overall an excellent wine.

That's a pretty cool wine! More structured than I'm used to from a young Rioja. A lot of oak on the finish, but I think most are down with that.

Great nose, plummy fruit with some new oak. Nice framing acidity.
