Interesting! Lots of folks don’t like this, but it has plenty of minerals with sharp citrus and a hint of flowers. Yum.

Pretty good, low acidity. Easy drinking, but nothing amazing.

Fresh apples and pear dominates the nose. Flowers and citrus appear after a while. Lots of fruit on the palate matched with sourness. Lemon zest and orange on the finish.

Awesome white. Easy to drink but not simple at all...apricot, brioche, bitter almond skins with minerality and salinity. Touch of honey. Gorgeous mouth feel, soft pleasant acidic finish.

Nutty, savory and textural. Rich and almost honeysuckle with ripe citrus and melon.

As close as I want to get to Sauvignon Blanc.
