White Label Bianco Secco Gavi Cortese

Melon, citrus, medium minus bodied, stone fruit, nice acid.

Great summer wine and a break from the Pinot Gris/Sauv/Blanc/Chard. It is obviously not it's big brother the black label, but it is a great value and great way to break into Italian whites, outside of PG

Highly floral and mineral, like white rose candy. Except super dry and less grandma-y than that sounds.

Light, crisp, refreshing.

Leesey and dry w marzipan almond and cantaloupe flavors. Subtle.

Apple and light with certainly a nice mouth feel

Very tasty, full bodied with a hint of apple.

Dinner at Sal's Trattoria. Nice white.

Dry and acidic

Melon, low acidity, hints of a mineral in the finish. Great for boat watching on the patio.
