Intense wine. 24 months on yeasts. Creamy spume, tiny and continuous bubbles. Strong parfume of bread and yeast with a palpable oxidized hint. Warm notes of dried fruit, riped apricot, hazelnut and rhum also.. A good final of almond. It's not an easy drinking. It's austere, aristocratic. Take your time to taste it. It's a good introduction to the masterpieces of this winery. Degorgement 2015.
