Eclisse Cuvée di Alta Classe Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon Blanc-Picolit Blend

The gold-tinted wine has some frizzante - fine, tiny bubbles clinging to the glass. The nose offers lemon, lime, apricot and a very earthy salinity. The palate is as mineral-driven as they come - lots of wet stone and citrus at play here, along with a nice bit of acidity. The savory aspect of this wine simply knocks me out.

Rich and complex. Sauvignon varietal example. End of nose slightly "oaky".
Smooth and balanced. Very long lasting.
3 glass Gambero Rosso 2021

Interesting combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Picolot. Still refreshing, but more tropical fruit, also some hints of apple. Low acidity, smooth mouth feeling. Excellent with seafood, Asian food.

So much funk. Picholeti so interesting. Not too woody kinda funk. It is lighter but slight hints and still have the fruit flavor
