La Raia (Gavi) is delicious. Clean, yet complex. The flavor is enhanced as it warms a little. It is organic and made with the biodynamic method, which comes through in the clean taste.

Quite fresh. A bit thin and light, perhaps. But nothing wrong with it - easy choice as a cooking wine (meant either way).

Funky Biodynamic

Very smooth. Tart with a hint of apples. On the dry side. No oak or wood flavor. Easy to drink.
