Smelled bad. Tastes good. Nice tannins. Deep cherry tones and a strong oak finish is what I'm tasting. Reminds me of a pretty girl who I could never date.

Powerful but somehow not really clean wine. On the one hand, lots of berries and very pleasant juicy middle taste with good acidity and balance. On the other hand, some unpleasant hints of wet cardboard and overripe apples. Suspect that I got not lucky with the bottle.

Great wine, nicely balanced, deep berry aroma and taste, weak spice, easy tannins, smooth lingering after taste.
