Sample. Medium copperish pink. Lots of strawberries and light floral notes on the nose. Undertones of fresh twigs and citrus notes. Crisp acidity (6/10) with solid minerality and notes of watermelon, stone fruits and melon. Slightly tart and light bodied. Medium plus finish. Does great with dumplings. Drink till 2018.
