2016, bottled 2017/7/25. Heard about this from a sommelier / wine teacher friend - very small production (1400 bottles) and apparently hard to get a hold of. On first pour the nose seemed somewhat cidery (in a natural wine way), which to me is a waste in Champagne. It blew off after an hour or two, though the wine does have a hint of meunier funk or earth. There’s also lots of burnished apple - rich and tangy. It is very good, but the price is a bit much.

Pinot Meunier at it's best, lookout Jerôme Prévost, this is a great expression of this grape, very small lot only about 300 bottles.
