Smooth and strong flavor. Very peppery finish compared to other Cabernet francs I have had but a great wine to go with a steak nonetheless

Classic Cab Franc aromas suggest some greenness on the wine, but the palate is well developed, rich and ripe. Not a powerful finish, but elegant none the less. Thanks Lance Montalto.
