Enjoyable Cab Franc. Dissimilar from the French ones I have tried in the past and not as big as many I have tried but smooth on the palette none the less.

Nose is a bit green. Nice pepper but the fruit falls a little flat. Not sure if there's any benefit to aging this one.

Smooth and strong flavor. Very peppery finish compared to other Cabernet francs I have had but a great wine to go with a steak nonetheless

Classic Cab Franc aromas suggest some greenness on the wine, but the palate is well developed, rich and ripe. Not a powerful finish, but elegant none the less. Thanks Lance Montalto.
