The wine had two parts to it. First very clean and juicy; second more complex, a bit oystery.

Really cool stuff! Attenuated nose of violets. Palate is more violets, earth, cherry liqueur. Mouthfeel is rather liqueur-like—long, bitter, alcoholic finish. A curiosity, but an enjoyable one. Nice work.
