After a good decantation of 2 to 3h, and slightly refreshed at 14 16 °, this wine offers very nice surprises. a ruby color with warm notes. On the nose: fresh red and black fruit reminiscent of Cabernet Franc or Gamay, lots of fruit in perspective. In the mouth, the fruitiness is confirmed, added to a beautiful structure, supported by woody notes due to the oak barrel. It reveals a semi-full-bodied wine (coffee, spices, caramel, torefaction) halfway between a big, serious wine (like Bordeaux) and a light, fruity, nice wine. Very interesting, value for money very good.
