2015 - this might have been better if the waiter was not such an impatient snot. All I asked was how dry (or sweet) this was. He could have deferred to the wine guy on the floor, but just said ‘people like it’! My ‘people’ had a different feeling. For me wild with a slight onion and wet sock aroma - it was likely a non So2 bottling as there is a distinct edge that shows up just after fermentation and before any addition of So2. Fruit was fine but a bit oxidized beyond ‘bruised apple’
