What an aromatic nose. Chocolate and I'd almost say plums on the nose but it's more complex than the simple sweetness of a plum. Incredibly smooth. Plush yet in a demure sort of way. Great structure and surprisingly deft despite its richness. Dry finish.

When I watch UFC, I do so sipping on fine Okanagan Semillon! Really liked this one. Might have liked to see how it would do with some more age too.
