Top Notes For
Light ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose of currants, plums, cherries, barnyard, oak, vegetables, bitter herbs, spices and black pepper.
Light to medium in body with high acidity.
Dry on the palate with cranberries, tart cherries, pomegranates, strawberries, oak, green vegetables, bitter herbs and peppercorn.
Short finish with no tannins and tart raspberries.
This Malbec is very young and unbalanced. Too simple with light intensity and flat. Feels more like an Argentinian Pinot Noir.
It might get to be an average wine in a year or two, but why bother.
Aged in oak barrels for 3 months.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
