Juicy up front, then bitter/acidic, then funky at the end. Slightly fizzy when first opened. Gets more flavor as it warms up. Starts to smell more round and dairy. By the third glass, no longer bitter, totally just fruity sweet and pleasant

Earthy Beauj, subdued red fruits and minerality evident. Fizzy and, for the first 30 minutes, funky. Nice natural wine

This is one of the best wines I have ever drank. Dynamic vibrant and delicious. Electric on the finish as someone else said. Must buy again.
