A delicate white from Priorat DOQa made with Garnacha Blanca (white Grenache) grapes, very stony, white peach, smooth and gentle from beginning to end. Hints of mandarin peel, elegant and gentle. Short finish but persistent minerality. Quite refreshing and pairs wonderfully with “Paella marinara” (seafood-styled).
