I've always loved the reds and the rose but the whites have never done it for me... until now. This is crazy good. I don't know what words I could write to truly convey how awesome it is. To start, it is so expressive of a grape you so rarely get to see stand alone... Even in its home region. Here though, the flavors are amplified and countless, like a Jurancon under a magnifying glass. It's a wine that changes sip by sip in the glass, spanning probably every flavor in the fruit spectrum. Guava? Check. Passion fruit? Check? Lemon rind, golden apple, apricot, white grapefruit? Check. Check. Check. Check. I could spend a lot of time with this one and probably never get bored.

This is seriously great, oily notes up front, maybe a little R.S. as well, but thick and still very youthful, great depth, long, lingering finish, super fine!! Kudos to Hank for this gem!!
