Love the smell - fruity and sweet, a bit salty. Tastes fresh and acidic. Was told it was aged on sur lees (LOVE!)

Always a winner. Beautiful peach, apricot, floral and lime aromas with hints of lees and toast on the mid palate. Minerality provides excellent tension and grip on the finish.
