Multifaceted, eloquent, resilient and lush Vino Nobile by Antinori.
90/10 Prugnolo Gentile / Merlot. Full MLF. Aged 1 yr in oak.

Dark cherry red color, brownish red rim.
Lush kaleidoscope of aromas: plum jam, black pepper, vanilla, laurel, wet tobacco, rosemary, wild cherry, blueberry, mulberry, leather...
Medium-plus body, dense tannins, accurate acidity. Black cherry, blackthorn, sun-dried tomato, ashberry, bilberry flavors. Hint of bitter chocolate.
Persistent finish of spicy berries.
Pair: beef goulash.
