Well, it’s definitely wine. And there’s a semblance of Pinot noir here but it’s a little too budget conscious for a more discerning palate. Cough syrup and licorice. Maybe some candied cherry or maraschino Cherry. No acid, medium to low body. Not a trace of tannin. Eh.

It’s nice. An inoffensive red that went well with a strongly-flavored cheese combo. Berries, plums, cherries, high tannins. On the dry side. Made to be consumed asap.
