Côtes du Rhône Red Rhône Blend

This wine is medium-dark ruby in the glass. A vibrant nose is led by blueberry aromas, which are followed by cassis, raspberry, and a savory meat note. The palate is a bit thin, but the dark fruit dominates. The tannins are medium-firm while the acidity is lively. It’s a fun, drinkable wine, but it finishes early and doesn’t give one much to ponder during the sip.

Côtes du Rhône at La boheme for vday - 60% Grenache 40% Syrah

Big body, mellow acid, long-lasting tannin. Rich red fruit and some plummyness. Grenache heavy. Loved it for what it’s meant for.

Smooth, fruity, low acidity, low alcohol, good with pizza.
