BANDOL: La Bastide Blanche 2009 Mis En Bouteille air Domaine. No idea what this wine is made from or if I’m rating the right one (not a lot of details on the bottle). Very strong start, cherry, but light and does not linger long on the palate. Overall enjoyable.

I love this wine. Deep purple fruit, pencil shavings, ox blood, pleasant cherry pit finish. Hint of garrigue. Rich, luscious. Everything you want in a red meat wine.
