What a wine. Aromas a bit quiet for now but pretty cherry and tar. Roses. Very nuanced and subtle. Starting to open. So pure. Smells like high quality Barolo from the 60’s. Gorgeous spice. Terrific balance, freshness and purity. Huge tannic grip. But so fresh and engaging. Really spectacular. So awesome with haunting and intense cherry fruit. This is a stunner. Stellar concentration. Magnificent showing. So long, linear and delineated. Almost a 9.5.

Very pretty floral nose; violets reminiscent of Cote Rotie. Elegant and mature, lovely and resolved. Really appreciate the low alcohol, cool climate character due to high elevation. No rush, but it may not get much better from here. Thanks @Lyle Fass. Loved it!!
