Extremely creamy, like creme brulee mouthfeel, with bubbles that feel like the foam on a cappuccino. Baked apples, gingersnaps, vanilla, and light caramel. Very nice, I enjoyed this thoroughly.

Disgorged Oct '14, Not familiar with this cuvée, but Aubry has been a hit with me, great richness, showing development, beautiful acidity. Really solid wine.
