2022 vintage in 2024. Very refreshing but a bit more acidic than the Oyster Bay which I prefer.

Grapefruit, tropical melon, nectarine, and lime peel… Lively acidity and ripe tropical fruit balance. LOVE this Sauvignon Blanc! ♥️

Golden green of gooseberries in the morning. Smells like classic NZ Sauv Blanc. Lime, kiwi, lemon grass, lemon verbena. Flavors are crisp and bold. Has some body. Not as rough hewn and jagged as granite like some other Marlborough stuff I’ve had. Plenty of minerals though. Tastes of Perrier and green apple Italian soda without the syrup. Kinda a two trick pony with the dry and the tart, but perfect for a spicy and salty Asian dish. Also handles salty cheese and pairs with goat cheese well.
