Bought this at the winery during a winery tour in 2010. Worth holding until now. Grilled a couple of ribeyes and toasted a couple celebrating their 6th Anniversary and another couple who were married at the winery. Beautiful wine.

Valentine's dinner part 2. Ribeye with yam puree and super cheesy heart shaped beets with balsamic reduction. Matched this with a California Cabernet. Dark berries, some hints of leather with some tannins. Another good pairing, and Valentine's is checked off.
