Goromaru Kikuka Selection Barrel Ferment Chardonnay

Very surprising, very different terroir and very new as well! Never tried a Japanese wine before. It has a recognizable smell though: a nice Chardonnay but not too expressive. Dry, very dry, we get citrus fruit on the palate with no buttery flavor. Quite young but a great discovery!
