Very polished and balanced Sauv Blanc with a touch of Semillon. More rounder in style with some heft. I thought it might have some oak but I was wrong,....total steel fermentation. Could easily mistake this for a Bordeaux white.

Nose is grassy and floral. Taste of pears, green apple tart and grapefruit in the finish. Little tartness on the finish.
