Hipping Riesling

Wow, complex, ginger, floral, honey, wow, like a 9.9 nose. Umami. So insane. Wow. This is the most elegant. this is about as perfect. Stunning. Is this perfect.

Tremendous bottle. Lots of acid and energy. Super young. It’s all there.

Huge nose, vanilla extract, caramel nougat, huge minerals, peach and citrus, very lifted, so so so mineral, palate is so complete, so complex, so juicy, energetic and vivid. What a lithe yet substantial structure. Sappy and pure. Almost tannic like a red wine. What purity and balance. Terrific mid palate texture and density. Yes it’s young but man is it good. Playful, ethereal, serious. It has it all.

Mineral, wow, acid, juicy, mineral, yellow fruits, super precise, like a laser, so chewy and acidic yet full of fruit. Sappy and so dense. Amazingly pure.

Nose: mineral. Fruity. Yellow flowers. As this opens gorgeous white flowers.

Palate: rich. Yellow fruits. Good minerality. Delicious. Great juiciness.

Nose is Smokey mineral. Almost a bit savory.

Palate is bright. Almost sweet fruit. Really delicious. Not super mineral on the palate. Very Salivatory. Some richness. Some apricot and apricot peel.

3 hours I’m getting amazing. You get that integrated Richness.

Really classic rheinhessen Riesling.

5 hours in nose some gorgeous nut and vanilla on the nose. Some bizarre German Batard Montrachet from another mother. Some deep crazy shit. So elegant.

Needs 3-4 years. 9.6 floor. Could be elite crazy in 3-4 years if it settles well.
