May 17th, 2020Vintage 2018 / First rosé from this producer. A playfull and frivolous wine. Fine smell with strawberries and a raspberry impression, very crisp an lively taste. Some spicyness. Interesting that the rosé is made grom #xinomavro grapes. / Paired it with Keftedes and zuchini tarts, gruyère cheese afterwards.
