While this is young and will benefit from another year in the bottle this is showing very well. True to its vintage this blend of 75pct cab sav with the balance split between merlot, malbec, and petit Verdot displays beatifiul up front fruit. The nose smells like warm cherry pie fresh out of the oven. The palate consists of sugar plums, red berries and a hint of vanilla. The finish lingers with chocolate covered cherries. There is nothing herbal about this wine
