Nice. Higher acid for its Alc. -Balanced. Bitter at first but changed slightly. Strawberries, raspberries and cola.

Wow. Gave it an hour of air and wow. The 6 years in the cellar didn't hurt, either.

Much better aged...smell is very aromatic, right out of the glass...second glass was much better, so let it air out about 20-30 mins...the fruit is very strong, dark cherries dominating.
