Every Pinot should strive for this level of perfection. Bright and fruit-forward without being jammy or being reminiscent of dried fruits, as Pinot this big tend towards. Perfectly balanced, this wine paired beautifully with boar, duck, filet, and held its own alone. Incredibly smooth. Not a single note of acidity or tannins.
