Open in the bottle for 30 minutes. Dark purple color. Nose contains oak, vanilla, and subtle spice. Wine reminds me of those we had in Mallorca but with a better, velvety texture. Paired perfectly with the Chateaubriand! Was so great we made a reservation for Thursday night! Medium finish. Great QPR and local recommendation by the restaurant staff! Atmosphere and scenery definitely influenced the overall experience, but that’s how it’s supposed to be!!

Recommended to open at least an hour before serving.

Top Syrah from Croatia - Dalmatia. - Had it at ManO2 in Zagreb. With duck breasts and beets on Cabernet Sauvignon reduction, baby carrots and beetroot foam. Fine Zagreb dinner.

Had it while in Croatia and was striking out w Croatian wine. This. Finally. Something decent. It was good. With pizza. Dry and medium bodied.
