Similar to a Verdelho Madeira but without the high acidity. Delicious!

Spectacular and soaring aromatics, this is full bodied, sweet and intense with rustic spice, caramel notes and candied fruit flavors. Odd but stunning.

Some of the best port wines as it is white port very low volumes produced, made only of traditional Douro white grapes - Light amber color, Dried figs, nutty character, very silky with great acidity, jammy notes, orange zest, great balance and a long finish - a truely great port wine #portwineday #winelover

I don't know port. But this is lovely. White being the key. Smooth and nicely balanced. Pear fruit to my surprise. Not too floral, but good balance of fruit and flowers. Smooth like a beautifully integrated single malt. Quite the surprise and lovely. Tasted with a young white (all pear and sappy floral) and a 10 year white (too harsh and feels more alcoholic) and thin.
