Aging gracefully for a cool climate Aussie Chard. I’ve not had the pleasure to taste any younger vintages but this proves they have some caliber.

Not finding any fault. Nose is all stone & lots of acid. Texture on the palate just says new world.

Inspired by Roulot? It shows poise and tension, almost salty on the palate. An incredible backbone of racy, laser-sharp acidity packed with smoky, flinty (reductive) minerality, gives this wine an unique dimension that very few New World wines possess. Another exciting example of Aussie cooler climate! @kooyongwines

11 years old and still shows lively bright fruits and a backbone of minerality and clean acidity. First class.

Aged release. Acid is still dominating but there is much more length. Very full in body but oak (10% new) is just evident.

Great acid. Long time on lees without stirring. Texture but light in weight. Whole bunch and natural yeast but some sulfur.
