Interesting wine. Have not have Scheurebe before. Made in a dry style from the Pfalz, Germany with strong citrus (grapefruit) aromas. Not quite as acidic as Reisling and no petrol on the nose, but otherwise similar. Served with grilled cauliflower, green gaspacho, goat's milk yogurt and bak choy, over lunch at Restaurant De Kas in Amsterdam.
