So floral and pure with an intensely charming texture, has weight but so snappy and upright. Almost as if not drinking Vio in a way. I think its youthfulness had something to do with this energetic profile. Would love to see at 5-8 years.

Jan 25th, 2022This is killer. Reminiscent of great Condrieu, but has its own unique signature. The freshness and acid balance its gras so well, texture and delicacy from start to finish. Aromatic of course, but on the fresh spectrum; orange blossom, honeysuckle, bergamot, white peach, orange, aloe, creamy lees, delicate spice, green almond, chalk.

Lean and mean. The march away from wood continues for the 2021 VIO, it seems. Acid so big it’s nearly distracting. Better on day 2.
