Ruby orange core fading out to brown. Maybe oxidation? On the nose: Brown sugar, caramel, pandan leaf, hint of soy sauce. Kuromisu. Some dried red fruit on the palate. Off dry. Medium plus body but low tannin. Low acidity. Slightly tart, like chewing table grape skin. Maybe best liken to manzanilla sherry.
