Vineyard Selection Cabernet Sauvignon

Relatively light and peppery cabernet (positives in my book). Perhaps a couple of years would do wonders with this one.

Black and red fruit, eucalyptus, well structured firm tannins elegant body and acidity, more right bank style.

Not as big as a@Californian Cab but a nice one none the less. Opens well after being decanted with hints of pine cones and nutmeg. Main essence comes thru as chocolate and berries.

Lovely bold Cabernet with great structure which should allow for good ageing. Full bodied with dark berry fruit and hints of menthol.
