Hitachino Nest Real Ginger Brew

Really interesting beer made with ginger. I believe it is rice based but tastes much like it is a wheat beer and the ginger echoes grapefruit and other citrus fruits. The original version is better.

If you're really into the ginger thing- this is your brew. With every swig I feel as if I'm having a really good, meaty beer inside a gingerbread bar, that was just poured for me by a sweet little gingerbread woman with hazelnut eyes. Perhaps you'll see it too.

I like ginger. I like Hitachino Nest. Together they are awesomer. That's all I have to say about that. 😆

Yet another great and redefining brew from Hitachino. Velvety smooth, perfect malt character, while being nicely carbonated, and simply easy to drink. Only wish I had a 6-pack...
