This is the 2006 convey Elizabeth Pinot Noir. The label is a little scratched from coming out of a seller. The wind has more structure and concentration than the 2008 Kissler Vineyard Pinot Noir it has good richness and still has at least 5 to 8 more years of longevity. It is not as small as opulently fruity the combination of Evergreen and red fruit The finish has characteristics of black tea red cherry and A hint of chocolate.

1 person found it helpfulOct 10th, 2014Most certainly not done. This wine was beautiful and displayed a character of whole cluster fermentation with raspberry cola, graphite, even a little bit of mint and bay leaf, oregano. Medium bodied but I don't think it was ever anything more. I certainly would not hold on to this one for too much longer, but I think it is really in a fantastic spot, displaying both the elegance and character of this producer. Nice pull by Dan!
