Scotchmallow kisses and angel food cake with lemon icing. Slight alcohol on the nose. Acid sits on your palate with up notes of lemon curd and canned pineapple.

Marzipan, vanilla, drawn butter, hazelnuts and poached pear.

Butterscotch, grand marnier dreamsickle, lemon curd, roasted pineapple, cantaloupe and marzipan. Beautiful goldenrod color — not too dark — after 26 years.

Butterscotch, walnuts and amontillado sherry. Beautiful amber color. In rare form.
